Most of the sailing is done at night, providing maximum exposure to the sharks and the stunning Neptune Islands. With us, you’ll have more dive time, more time to explore, more time to observe other wildlife, and more time to enjoy the camaraderie of your fellow passengers and crew. In between the thrill of the sharks, our Great White Shark Tours are relaxed, with plenty of opportunities to unwind or find out more about our research. It’s all part of The Rodney Fox Promise.
Our tours are called Adventures and Expeditions because they’re intimate encounters with awesome creatures and the wondrous world they inhabit. We run our tours most of the year (subject to weather):
Winter/Spring: The Giant Great White females come to the Neptune Islands, the long-nosed fur seal pups are learning to swim, and the albatross graces us with its presence.
Summer/Autumn: The days are warm and long, the male Great Whites are circling, the long-nosed fur seals are breeding and Australian Sea Lions are out and about.
Whatever time of year, as soon as you step aboard with us, you become a very welcome part of the Fox Shark Family. It’s the beginning of an amazing adventure that will stay with you for the rest of your life.
